Austic Technologies started with a simple frustration: hand bidets are everyday hardware across most of the world, yet the ones sold in North America were thin plastic afterthoughts that leaked within a year. We decided to build one the way a bathroom fixture should be built.
Our mission
Make water-based cleaning normal in Western bathrooms by making it obvious, well made and easy to install. Educate first, sell second.
Quality commitment
Every Austic® sprayer is built from SUS 304 stainless steel or solid brass with lead-free valves and ceramic cartridges. Units are pressure tested to 120 PSI and leak tested individually before packing. Finishes are corrosion resistant and applied to match premium bathroom hardware, not to imitate it.
Warranty
Two years on stainless models, three on Square Pro, five on Mixer Premium and a lifetime limited warranty on Luxury Brass. Register your product after delivery and we keep the record for you — no receipt hunting later.
Support
Real people answer support requests. Replacement hoses, holders and cartridges are stocked so a worn part never means a new bidet.
