Privacy & data practices
This page is maintained by Austic Technologies to describe how this website handles customer and visitor data. It is not an independent certification.
What we collect
Account and order data you give us: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and order history. Technical data collected automatically: IP address, timestamp, browser and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, language, region derived from IP, referring website, landing page, session identifier, cookie consent status, pages visited and key events such as add-to-cart, checkout attempts, login attempts and failed payments.
Why we collect it
To fulfil orders and provide support, to secure accounts and checkout, and to detect and investigate payment fraud. Security and forensic records are stored separately from ordinary customer records and are readable only by administrators.
Payment data
Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor. Austic never receives or stores full card numbers or CVV values on its servers.
Cookies and consent
Essential storage keeps your cart and session working. Analytics storage is optional and controlled by the consent banner; your choice is recorded with the event log.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, PIPEDA, CCPA and similar laws), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email support@austic.com and we will respond within the timeframe your law requires.
Retention
Order records are retained as long as tax and warranty obligations require. Security and visitor logs are retained for a limited period for fraud investigation and then deleted.
